Service Description

This Tangerine NBN plan includes a Fixed Line broadband service over the NBN network, bundled with a Phone Service.

NBN Fixed Line Internet is the next generation broadband technology delivered via fibre optic cables. Fibre optic broadband is capable of delivering superfast broadband speed.

Equipment Requirement

You will require an NBN ready modem/router to access this service. You can purchase one from Tangerine Telecom if required. Due to complexities on the network you are recommended to use one of the supplied modem/routers however Tangerine Telecom do support BYO modem/router. It must be compatible with the relevant type of NBN connection that is delivered to your property. You must be capable of configuring your BYO router yourself.

Phone Service

This NBN Bundle includes Unlimited Phone Plan via NBN Phone service that is delivered over the internet. The NBN modem supplied with this plan has an integrated phone port that you can use the connect an existing analogue telephone to make and receive calls.
